Datacenter Operations Technician Contractor (CW) - Hourly, contingent worker - Works daily, on-site at one datacenter site in a given region - Reports to DCO manager or local region/site DCO lead - Responsibilities: - Replace ticketed component (HDD, SSD, DIMM, PSU, fan) - Receive/send packages for replaced components (RMAs) - Assist with regular site maintenance activity (inventory, cleanup, etc.) - Escalate complex and/or abnormal issues on site with the DCO team Requirements - Experience wit
