This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration(BPA), in the Long-Term Power Planning (PGPR) organization of Power and Operations Planning (PGP), Generation Supply (PG), Power Services (P).
A successful candidate in the Public Utilities Specialist position will serve as a a senior data steward for PGPR's loads and resources planning processes, compiling data and processes that assist BPA officials and customers.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level [GS-12] in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Independently evaluate system data, within the electric or natural gas industries, using qualitative and quantitative methods to: (1) ensure large volumes of data is complete, reliable, and available and (2) perform analysis of database applications and facilitate corrective actions with IT department.
