About the Position: As Chief of Navigation Division you are responsible to the Commander for direction of the Corps' West Coast hopper dredge fleet on projects along the West Coast and in Alaska and Hawaii. As the Navigation Program Manager you will have wide latitude for planning, coordinating, and managing Navigations Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Program execution.Requirements:

Qualified applicants for this position will describe in their resume at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in federal service with program and/or project management including management of funds, preparing budgets, planning and coordinating, and directing short and long range work programs and/or projects; as well as managing communication with private entities and stakeholders, and other federal, state and local governments.
